Three different sentences
“There are purposes worth finding.” “People can give a life weight by what they sustain.” “If the universe has no purpose, a life is not meaningful.” The questionnaire keeps these apart. Only the first two move the meaning index. The third is reported as its own position.

The Myth of Sisyphus is a relevant book because it refuses an easy ending. It is not the owner of a NOEMA letter, and a result that leans toward creation is not a finding that you are an existentialist.
